Windows & Doors
Your choice of doors and windows will have a significant impact on the style and usability of your garden room.
Bassetlaw Garden Rooms in Worksop can supply all styles of uPVC window and doors styles from French to bi-folding. Products are available in a choice of colours, including the ever-popular Anthracite Grey.
Roofing
Each garden room roof is constructed using an interlocking thermal roofing system. Each individual insulated roof section is sandwiched with a fibre free, rigid thermal insulation core.
These insulated interlocking roof sections cover the entire roof with an incline from front to rear in order to allow water to flow into the rear guttering section. A down pipe is also installed to the rear of the garden room to dispense water from the roof.
The visible edges of the roofing system are additionally finished using anthracite (dark grey) aluminium roof trims.
Flooring
Each floor section is constructed using treated floor joists, timber battens, thermal insulation, heavy duty moisture resistant tongue and groove timber floor boarding, thermal underlay, laminate wooden flooring and pre-painted wooden skirting boards.
We have a wide choice of flooring finishes, colour options and styles for hardwood & laminate wood flooring, floor tiles along with underfloor heating options, all of which we can discuss with you.
Walls
Our wall sections incorporates: External timber cladding, timber latts, external air-vent , waterproof membrane, wall timbers, thermal insulation, internal air vent, plasterboard and plaster skim.
All external walls are covered with a vapour and breather membrane. The vapour and breather membrane is positioned on the outer side of the insulation, allowing vapour to escape from inside the garden building while repelling any water that tries to enter. Each of our garden rooms incorporates double air vents allowing the building to breathe and prevents condensation.
